The STILMAS
ULTRAFILTRATION PLANTS are mainly used for deionised water
bacterial purification in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
They represent the best alternative to the
distillation process when purified water with low endotoxin
content is request for the preparation of pharmaceutical raw
materials, which are used for injectable products formulation.
Ultrafiltration units installed in purified water
distribution systems allow to maintain pyrogen free water
quality even in cold circulation conditions.

CONSTRUCTION
CHARACTERISTICS
Plant construction
completely in AISI 316 L stainless steel.
The piping system is manufactured with mirror
polished pipes, fittings and orbital welds.
Pharmaceutical grade teflon gaskets. The
pressurizing pumps are sanitary type. The STILMAS
ultrafiltration plants are provided with a cleaning in place
system (CIP) for chemical washing and membrane sanitization. |
